Customer Service Community Monthly Survey

We feel that the processes, techniques, disciplines and culture of Customer Service has been undervalued for too long. On a monthly basis we will provide to our Customer Service Community a brief survey to further the knowledge and cultural impact surrounding customer service. The results of each month's survey will be delivered via a PDF file to those who participated – free. Our intent is that over time the body of evidence of customer service will be enhanced by the primary research and efforts of this community.
